Lisa, I just want to say that I appreciate all that you have done to make the sale of my townhouse a reality. After the scores of emails that we sent back and forth and the many phone calls, you accomplished your promise to me that you would sell my townhouse!

I know it has been a very difficult market for sellers during this real estate debacle, but you always gave me hope and encouragement. You said that the "right buyer" would come along and that it only takes one person to make the deal happen. Your positive energy, professionalism, determination, and attention to detail was highly appreciated. You were so good about keeping me informed every step of the way and that kept me encouraged. I particularly liked receiving your emails about other properties in the area which were newly listed or sold. You even kept me informed of price changes which were taking place in the area during the time of my listing. This made me feel very involved with the process and made me feel that our listing price was fair and realistic.

I appreciate that you were so willing to accommodate me with my special needs as an out of state client. During escrow I needed a small amount of work done on the townhouse and you were willing to not only locate workers but were willing to be there while the work was being done.
