Selling a home here in Ventura, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Camarillo, Ojai, or any other area means a comprehensive plan must be in place. If you select me as your listing agent, I will:

  • Determine the value of your home and the most effective asking price by preparing a market analysis using comparable properties in your neighborhood.
  • Provide immediate exposure of your home by placing a "For Sale" sign on your property (with your permission).
  • Install a brochure box containing professional, customized property flyers of your home to increase the number of sign calls and showings.
  • Produce a detailed listing on the Multiple Listing Service, including nine photos of your home. Point out special ammenities and upgrades, with comments in the MLS remarks section. The MLS is viewed by the entire real estate brokerage community, as well as the general public.
  • Email your property information to hundreds of people in my database to inform them that your home is for sale. Occassionally these people may be potential buyers or know someone who may be interested in your home.
  • Advise you how to best prepare your property for potential buyers to view.

  • I will contact you weekly regarding the status of your home.
  • Represent you upon the presentation of all contracts and assist you in the negotiating process.
  • Help qualify buyers through loan pre-approval and financing option. Crucial!
  • Negotiate the best price and terms possible.
  • Handle follow-up and keep you informed after the contract has been accepted.
  • Oversee all paperwork (escrow, title, disclosures, inspections, reports, etc.)
  • Acting as your liaison to the Escrow and Title companies, to communicate your wishes during the entire transaction is a must.
  • Meet and provide the appraiser with any and all pertinent information that confirms the value of your home to facilitate the loan process.
  • Monitor every contingency to make sure that the process is on schedule.
  • Keep you abreast of all status reports pertaining to the sale of your home.
  • I will assist in solving any problems that may arise during the transaction process.
  • I will assist you witht the logistics of moving at the close of escrow if needed.
  • Close the deal!
  • Once escrow has closed, I will keep in contact and follow-up in case there are any questions or needs you may have.
