Just a little about myself. I've resided in Ventura County for 29 years and have represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in all price ranges. I am a full time, experienced, professional Realtor with a flair for knowing what my client’s wants and needs are.

A top producer and a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club, my strong negotiating skills and extensive marketing plans have contributed to my success as a REALTOR, but far more, my ongoing clients and referrals. I am an e-PRO Certified Internet Professional, which basically means I am a leader in the practice of online real estate when selling or buying real estate. I have acquired the Green Property Advisor (GPA) designation which will assist my clients who are interested in environmentally friendly homes. As your agent, I will do the following:

  • I will deligently search for your dream home and contact you immediately as they come on the market.
  • Assist you in writing an offer on the property and all relating contracts.
  • Represent you upon the presentation of all contracts and assist you in the negotiating process.
  • Help negotiate on your behalf the best possible price and terms possible for your new home.
  • I will contact you frequently regarding the status of your home.
  • Handle follow-up and keep you informed after the contract has been accepted.
  • Once your offer has been accepted, I will schedule the home inspection with a licensed inspector.
  • Oversee all paperwork (escrow, title, disclosures, inspections, reports, appraisal, etc.)
  • Acting as your liaison to the Escrow and Title companies to communicate your wishes during the entire contract period is a must.
  • Monitor every contingency to make sure that the process stays on schedule.
  • Keep you abreast of all status reports pertaining to the purchase of your new home.
  • I will assist in solving any problems that may arise during the transaction process.
  • I will assist you in the logistics of moving at the close of escrow if needed.
  • Close the deal!
  • Once escrow has closed, I will keep in contact and follow up in case there are any questions or needs you may have.
